The Ethiopian Customs and Revenue Authority (ECRA) has recently stepped up seizure of  foreign  currencies and valuables in excess of $3 000 (three thousand US Dollars) from passengers transiting Ethiopia without prior declaration of such valuables. Acting Spokesperson for the Ministry, Mr Friday Akpan made this known in a statement. Mr Akpan said the rule on the forfeiture of undeclared valuables applies to all passengers travelling to Ethiopia or transiting, including the prosecution of offenders of money laundering in line with Ethiopian Laws. He said the Ministry therefore urged all prospective Nigerian travelers to please take note of this development and adhere strictly to avoid undue embarrassment at the airport. busola and Pastor Abiodun  B usola, wife of music star, Timi Dakolo, has made some explosive disclosure about COZA Pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo. She accused the cleric of raping her when she was still very young. Busola, a mother of 3, in an interview with Y-TV, narrated how Pastor Biodun allegedly raped in the morning hours in her home and afterwards made her take in a soft drink. Some aides of lawmakers of the 8th National Assembly have alleged that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is conspiring with lawmakers to deduct from the payments entitled to them. The aides, under the auspices of the Concerned Legislative Aides of the 8th National Assembly, said they have sent a petition to the EFCC, but the anti-graft agency is yet to take any action in investigating the petition. In the statement, which was jointly signed by  Chinedu Nwokeukwu and Sunday Chuba, the group singled out the Clerk to the National Assembly and the presiding officers of the Senate and House of Representatives as the main culprits in the entitlement deduction.
