Nollywood actor and winner of Gulder Ultimate Search Season 7, Kunle Remi, has debunked the allegation that he had romantic relationship with (now Mrs.) Adesua Wellington, nee Etomi. Kunle said he was slow to respond until after Adesua’s wedding as a sign of respect to the couple. For a while, there were different allegations on the social media that Banky W snatched Adesua from the cute actor. Kunle, however, cleared the air with a long Instagram post where he explained that he only featured with Adesua in a movie entitled, ‘Falling.’ He wrote, “My name is Kunle Remi and not Adesua’s ex. Silence, they say is golden. I have been silent, but some people have taken this as an invitation to take the piss!! Nigeria was duly represented at the 2017 MOBO Awards as Wizkid and Davido both won honours at the event held at the First Direct Arena, Leeds England. Wizkid, real name Ayo Balogun, beat Jay-Z, Cardi B, Kendrick Lamar and others to clinch the best international artist award at the event on Wednesday. David Adeleke popularly known as Davido, beat Eugy, Sarkodie, Wizkid, Maleek Berry, Mr Eazi and others to clinch the Best African Act award. The Enugu State Executive Council has approved the sum of N1,532,148,154.76 for the construction of 14 critical roads in both the Enugu metropolis and some rural communities. Gov. Former VP, Atiku Abubakar has resigned from the All Progressives Congress (APC) party. Abubakar confirmed this in a statement he personally signed on Friday. He also gave reasons for quitting the party. However, he did not state which party he intends to join, but said he is pondering on his political future. Recall, on 22nd of October, Mr 2kay was robbed at gunpoint in his hotel room, at Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos around 11pm after his performance at the “Buckwyld N Breathless”concert at the hotel. According to a statement made available by his record label, Graftin, the incident happened at about 11 PM on Sunday, October 22, 2017, during the Buckwyld and Breathless concert where he also performed. The robbers, 4 in number, gained access into Mr. 2Kay’s room after he mistook one of them for room service. They forced their way into his room and waved a gun with threats to shoot him if he made a noise.
